The faker
We spent three days in Fenelon Falls last weekend with Christopher’s family doing not much else but chatting, eating great food and watching movies. After all my moaning about what a handful he has been lately, Simon decided to get back at me by being a complete delight all weekend. I’m sure everyone now thinks my complaints about his behaviour are totally unfounded. Simon did things he never does at home, like playing happily for tens of minutes in his exersaucer, going down for naps with no fuss and letting me eat an entire meal uninterrupted. My in-laws seemed skeptical about all my claims that “he’s not normally like this, I swear!” Nicely played, little one.

Leila is right, Simon and Hawksley were both PERFECT BABIES all weekend. They are ALL welcome back anytime.

Heath’s made liars of us ever since the day he was born! I love it when he screams at places like mother’s group and the doctor’s office. Then I can say ‘See! I told you I wasn’t making this up!!’
How dare you call my grandson a faker?! He is just very intuned to the age old “baby way” of getting what they want and making their parents crazy! Any smart baby knows this!! He is the master! love Nana
Its nice to see that the ERVIN influence keeps Simon fairly civilized and he socializes well with the relatives.
I enjoy checking this site every week or so to see how the
kids are doing.
I’m heading for my first major trip in a few weeks to visit Andrew in England.
With my love of History it should be a good one.
